We designed the 3666 Portable Automatic Pressure Calibration System for shipboard use by the Navy to calibrate pressure gauges.

We packaged the system in an aluminum-type deep drawn enclosure with sealed removable cover. All interior components were supported by the front panel and an internal frame for ease of assembly and test. Printed circuit board, transducers and pressure regulators were interconnected with flexible circuitry to maintain low labor cost. The system produced sales in excess of $15 million.

The unit was qualified to MIL-STD-16800 spec requirements, including an immersion test, 35 lb one man carry, and a 36 inch drop test on edges, faces and covers.
